0 CommentsThe Charlotte Green Initiative Committee will be meeting Friday, October 9th at 11:00 am in Facilities Management 119. The meeting is, as always, open to the public.
The committee will be planning for the upcoming annual Open Forum, discussing member web access, setting committee goals, and beginning first steps in negotiating 2008-2009 projects with campus officials.

The committee will be planning for the upcoming annual Open Forum to take place during Campus Sustainability Week, October 19th through October 23rd.

The committee will begin our visioning for the upcoming year, set some preliminary goals, elect leadership positions, and set a meeting time for the semester.

The committee will be finalizing the details of the four projects we are considering for the 2008-2009 funding cycle.
These projects are:
1. solar power using existing photovoltaic units
2. greenscreen technology
3. solar/LED outdoor lighting upgrades
4. energy metering dashboard display(s)
